doesnt work with wifi router

doesnt provide internet to either my Orbi wifi router or my new netgear ac1000 wifi router. Gota return it. opps

It required a bit of time for Comcast to get it working. Setup asked for "password" but there was none in the box.

GREAT MODEM

Length of ownership:6 months
I BOUGHT IT THIS SUMMER AND IT WORK PERFECT.BUT NOW IAM HAVING TROUBLE, I HAD TO CALL MY INTERNET PROVIDER AND WE RESET AND IT START WORKING FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS. I INSTALLED MY OLDER MODEM AND IT SEEMS THAT THIS NETGEAR MODEM IS DEFECTIVE. WILL FOLLOW UP WITH NETGEAR.MY WI FI NETGEAR WORKS PERFECT AND I DONT HAVE ANY ISSUES SO FAR.
I would recommend this to a friend!
