Slow Modem

I spent all this money on this modem and it is still slow and I have an Orbi router as well and the two disconnecting from each other

It was time to ditch Xfinity rental equipment the cost was out of site .
After doing my research Netgears Nighthawk was my choice and Imade the correct one ,easy to setup and …….it works .

The description or specifications should include that use of additional ethernet ports require a business account with your internet provider. I purchased this model for that reason and was disappointed that wasn't included.

2 Different units did not connect with Xfinity

Frustrating beyond belief. Tried 2 different CM1200 and neither connect to my Xfinity service. Had Xfinity do a service call and to no avail.

Excellent modem that fixed, along with my Orbi mesh WiFi, issues with a new Xfinity combo unit functionality. I was experiencing having to unplug the Xfinity unit and plug it back in every time I wanted to print or listen to my Sonos speakers wirelessly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
