I bought this device because I was told I could hook up 4 different computers to it. It turns out you can but only one will work. And if you have multiple ethernet cables plugged in none will work.

My new modem

Very easy to set up. Works great with my Mesh Router. I'm now getting the internet speed that I've been paying for and wasting with my old modem/router combo.
Finally got my own modem! Coupled with Orbi routers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome speed

Had a netgear nighthawk router with a midco modem. Midco telling me that is the latest and greatest modem they have. When I got the netgear nighthawk modem my speeds increased dramatically! And my ping dropped way down

I bought this modem because it had four ports but it only seemed to ever really work on two of the ethernet ports. Whenever I had all four plugged in there was always two or three that didn't work.

2 stars (for whatever reason, I am unable to leave a 2-star review) Admittedly, I am no techie. I was under the impression the four ethernet ports would allow for multiple devices to be connected; what a rude awakening I received when tech support told me this modem doesn't allow that, which created a nightmare when setting up my Orbi mesh system. What a pain it was to have to completely disconnect and restart the modem, due to me having more than one device connected in the LAN ports. Not to mention, the modem stopped receiving the signal from Xfinity, which caused me to have to reset the device. It has only been installed 1 month and 1 day. Would not recommend.
