Waiting for a new firmware

I was troubleshooting speed dropping for a month. I replaced router, opened a ticket with provider, and in the end I found the answer on Netgear forum. Port aggregation is not working correctly and needs to be turned off.

Upon receiving the NETGEAR Nighthawk (CM1200), setup and connection to my ISP was flawless. The modem performs as spec, and has not once required a reboot!

I recently installed the NetGear Nighthawk CM1200 Docsis 3.1 cable modem. The installation of this unit was quick and easy. And most importantly the technical issues associated with my old modem (Arris, dropping the internet connection), was finally resolved. The increase in speed and my confidence that the NetGear CM1200 will continue to perform well for years to come has made this choice of cable modem the right one for me.
