I recently upgraded from the CM500 to the CM1200 to meet the Docsis 3.1 requirement of our new provider, Wave Broadband. Out of all the Netgear products I’ve owned over the years, the CM1200 was the easiest, most convenient piece of equipment to set up. Wave had no issues initializing it in their system and it has been working flawlessly since installation. Docsis 3.1 significantly improved the quality of service and internet speed as well, so this upgrade was a total success! Thank you, Netgear!!

Had some issues with it in the beginning but after speaking with technical support and figured out that I had couldn’t plug into the two Ethernet ports if one was plugged into router. But now it works great no problems at all.
