faulty device, fantastic support

It's hard to tell whether it was the netgear modem or netgear router that was faulty. I had several phone calls with netgear support including one at 1:45 AM on a monday mountain time. Fantastic reps and support. Ultimately there appears to be a known issue with false DoS attacks that cause the system to shut off wifi. I couldn't get around it without severely limiting the device security. As such, I was forced to replace the items with products from a different manufacturer. Netgear could teach the rest of the world about real CS support!

We had Spectrum's modem for a year and had very slow speeds. We done some research and this was highly recommended. We have had it now for a few weeks. We went from 68mps to 136mps during peek times and 116 to 310mps on off peek times. Wish we moved to this last year.
