Product has worked great for me and I thought I was having an issue with it, called customer service, with zero wait time. They talked me through all of these trouble shooting things and helped me discover it was my router (not a Netgear product) which had gone out and they were right. Replaced it and then everything was working great. Would buy again from them.

After using this cable modem for 2yrs, it still works and runs like NEW! Haven’t had any issues with it even after multiple neighborhood power outages over the years, so extremely happy with the quality

Great Modem, Great Price!!!

I got this modem to take advantage of higher transfer speeds offered by my ISP. I had the option to rent their modem or get my own. I chose to shop around and find my own and this one stood out as the best value. While checking out the system asked if I was interested in a discounted unit that was tested and certified with full warranty, but had been renewed. I accepted the discounted option, and it has been a beast. When I run speed tests, I can tell that the ISP has to throttle me down to my purchases up/download speeds, and we haven't been able to bottleneck this thing with over 100 linked devices connected in our home. Highly recommend!!

Bought this to replace a modem provided by my provider. World of difference. So very happy I made the change. Works amazingly well. Paired it with a mesh system and wow!
