When it worked - blazing fast

Unfortunately, it began to exhibit flaky behavior within weeks of purchase/installation. The most frustrating aspect has been the black hole for my time that dealing with a parade of dysfunctional service individuals and counterproductive emails.

Needed a change

Replaced my stock Comcast X1 modem with this because I went through 3 of them in about 18 months for various issues, the latest of which was a firmware update that throttled the modem and bottlenecked the bandwidth essentially preventing me from doing my job. With no change to my plan, I already have at least a 30% speed increase thanks to this new modem. Couldn't be happier, and should have done it a long time ago.
