Nice Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After our fifteen year old Frigidaire microwave/oven wall unit failed (microwave stopped working), we ordered this unit and had it installed - it is a very nice upgrade. Quieter operation, and the air frying option is awesome. So far, so good.

Disappointed

Terrible.
It just stopped working. We bought a house with a new kitchen renovation. The appliance was installed in 2024. We have only been in this new place under a month and it just stopped working. Won't even turn on. UGH. And we have golfing guests arrinving in an hour.

Piece of junk!

Do not buy if you actually want to use it. We’ve been using this model for 5 months and the fuse has blown twice! The fuse is in the back so it has to be pulled out of the cabinet every time to change it. The last time, the microwave was running by itself. This unit is a lemon and Frigidaire should be giving everyone refunds who have bought it. If I could give it 0 starts, I would!
