[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance has stopped working 4 times. I replaced the fuse a few times to correct the problem but that repair didn't last. So I replaced the control board and fuse. That repair lasted about a month. Now it seems it has blown another fuse. It was not in use when this last fuse blew. It was never in use when the fuses blew, kind of strange that a fuse would blow like that. I've only had it for just shy of 2 years so of course its out of the warranty period. I bought a lemon. It seemed to be a good appliance when it was working, but it doesn't seem to want to work for any length of time. I would not recommend this appliance. Buy another brand.

Don’t buy

I bought all Frigidaire professional appliances. I’ve had a problem with every one of them. Now I’m having a problem with my microwave oven combo. When I call Frigidaire, they don’t have a repair man in my area to service it. The door switch is bad and a control board is bad. The unit is only 16 months old.

Another fuse issue

Sadly I have another fuse issue. Looks great and worked great for just over a year then the first fuse went. Two replacements later and almost 1K in diagnostics it looks like I need a replacement combo.
Not impressed!

Blown Fuses

Wall oven and Microwave combo in our pantry as a back up to another brand slide in range in the kitchen. Owned this thing for right at a year, and it has blown fuses twice now. Simply making popcorn. Normally wouldnt be a big deal but if you have ever swapped out a fuse on these things then you would understand the frustration. Whole unit has to come out of the cabinet because the fuse is in the back. Buy something else, not worth the hassle

Good except timer volume

Timer sound difficult to hear in a busy kitchen. Even with volume set to high it cannot compete with cooking and exhaust fan. Its tone is indistinguishable from many other appliances.
Oven is slow to preheat compred to previous unit.
