Sleep is the most important thing and I sleep so much better on this mattress than I ever have before. I chose the payment plan and when you break it down, it's not much per day for a good nights sleep. Most of us spend more on that for coffee each day! I highly recommend!

Best nights sleep

I was having pressure point pain for years on my old mattress. From night one, my pain was eliminated. My husband was skeptical and wasn't as excited as me, but one week in he admitted it was the best mattress he's ever slept on. I love the fact that you don't feel your partner moving during the night. Nothing bad to say about this mattress . Best purchase I've ever made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For past few years I tried EVERY high quality top of the line brand there was. My back still hurt. After house sitting for my son and sleeping on his tempurpedic, just after day 4 my back felt so much better after years of hurting. I don't know how they do it, but somehow there's the perfect back support, but also it's super soft for my very arthritic shoulders and NO pain as a side sleeper. I'm 70 yrs old and I wish I could save people money by telling them to skip all the others and go with this one, wish someone had done that for me. Buy it, you won't be sorry and it's true when it comes to mattresses, you do get what you pay for.

Warranty program

After 5 years we are still making payments but there is a definite sag towards the edge of the bed that my husband keeps rolling towards. It causes interrupted and an uncomfortable nights sleep. I put in a claim with all the pictures showing a sag and indentation and everything else the website required to make a claim. Well apparently our sag needed to be 3/4 of an inch deep but is only 1/2 inch deep therefore our claim was denied. So now we are stuck with an mattress that isn't any good for a restful sleep with five years to go until warranty is up. They claim that the mattress will hold up 8 to 10 years but it didn't and the warranty is useless. So the fact that we took the warranty into consideration before we settled on the Tempur Pedic was an unwise and dumb move on our part. You would think a company this huge would honor a sag that they claim won't happen with there product and when it does they deny the claim. So disappointed in the company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
