[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the TEMPRA-PROAdapt medium mattress. I wake-up every morning Not feeling sore anymore. I have had a sleep number bed for many years and really liked it, but with my injury's over the years I would wake-up sore. Not any longer! I have had some difficulty with the delivery. They delivered it and put it on my platform of my bed. It is not advised to do that and I'm having a hard time getting them back out. Aladdin at the Edina store has been wonderful to work with. He is trying his hardest to get this resolved. He has ALWAYS gotten back to me within the day, when I've called. I am very pleased with the bed and base. Hopping that it will be soon for someone to come back out and remove the mattress and base and put legs on base. Over all I'm am very pleased with customer support and product. Thanks again Aladdin for all your help.

Good but not great

Quality build but so far the 'adapt' feature that is praised for relieving pressure points has not impressed me or my wife. Month and a half in and hoping for improvement soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a traditional mattress and it didn't give me many issues until I started sleeping on it with my partner. After I started waking up with back pains and aches everywhere. We started looking for mattresses and after extensive research decided to spend the money on a tempurpedic. This was due to longevity and quality of materials. I expected immediate relief, however it took about a week for me to start feeling less sore and another week for my body to get used to the tempur feel. A month in and I'm loving it. Pain is gone and I cannot wait to get into bed. I'm very happy with the purchase and choice we made. The peace of mind knowing this mattress will last is the cherry on the top. Cons: It took a few weeks for my body to adjust to the tempur feel and mattress itself. Pros: -The mattress fixed my soreness and body aches/back pain. -The quality of material - "life changing sleep" is true

It's not taken away my back pain at all and I actually wake up very frequently every night. Not sure what the problem is or if I just have the wrong mattress for me.

Bed is ok, customer service leaves much to be desired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bed is ok, works fine, almost too firm compared to what we tested in the stores. Delivery and customer service were awful. Delivery "forgot" to put our bed on the truck the first day with little apology, more like "oh-well, not our problem." After a conversation with them explaining the difficulty in being away from work as we are both directors in our respective companies, they promise to schedule delivery for the following week, later after 4pm. 5 days later my husband is pulled away from work at because they were on their way to deliver our bed, absolutely before 4, well before 4. To make it right they offered to send us 2 pillows. Fine, I was going to purchase new pillows anyways. Although it doesn't return the significant time away from work I don't have to shop for new pillows. This was the last correspondence from them 3 weeks ago, mid-September. Since then nothing, no emails, no pillows, and no answering the phone. I sent a follow up email from my email address, my name was used to purchase the bed but contact info was for my husband so he could coordinate things, quickly received a response telling me to go to the third party I purchased from. I purchased directly through the web site. I responded with this information and my husband's information and received a very rude and short response stating they couldn't find any record of my purchase with them so they couldn't help. I've finally sent the correspondence with my husband attached to my email. Let's see what happens. I suspect more of the same- nothing.
