We love our new mattresses. They are comfortable and me being a tossing and turning person have been able to get great sleep and rest. So far no complaints or regrets.

I can't believe I am saying this, but this mattress has changed my life. I have had horrible back pain for 3 years now. I have gotten two injections and done everything but surgery. As soon as I got this mattress I almost became almost pain free.

After countless hours of searching and reading reviews and even 2 other mattress trials, we finally decided to just go for it. I'll say we slept better and hurt less after the first night and it just keeps getting better.

Worth the hype!

Within two nights of sleeping in this bed my back and shoulder pain were gone! It was a little more firm than I expected after testing it out at the store but I sleep better than I have in years!

Nice but not what I expected

I told the sales person that I wanted a MEDIUM FIRM but the bed that arrived was MEDIUM ... turns out to be SOFTER than I wanted. Very nice bed but not what I waned. If there are no beds called MEDIUM FIRM then the salesman should have told me and I would have asked for a FIRM!!

Bed is pretty good, customer service is horrible

Delivery was messed up twice with no regret for the impact it made on our lives. Limited communication to fix the issue; we were told we would get free pillows to make up for the difficulty, no communication since. When we reach out to Tempur-Pedic we were met with condescending responses and messages stating they couldn't find our order with our email despite sending screen shots of the purchase and exchanges with customer service. Despite the like or dislike of the bed we will never purchase from this company again. Customer service makes the difference and what we have received has been horrid
