[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new mattress. I don't understand how it can give such good support and still be soft enough to sleep on my side. Unless my previous memory foam mattress, this one doesn't have me turning from side to side to relieve pressure on hip and shoulder. I can sleep on one side for hours without any pain. This is important because my sleep apnea means I must sleep on my side.

Is ok. Not nearly as soft as my last mattress. Sides have no rigidity - can't sit on or sleep near the edge, for fear of falling right off. Also it is quite hot compared to other mattresses. Never before have I woke up sweating. For reference, we are using the same sheets, quilt, pillows, and room conditions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best sleep in years!

I'm amazed how at how well I sleep on our Tempur-pedic! I have shoulder and sciatica issues; and I no longer wake up stiff and sore. It took a couple of weeks for my body to adjust, but that is expected whenever getting a new mattress. I now sleep so sound, no longer waking up every couple of hours to change position due to discomfort like I did with a different brand of memory foam mattress.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Went shopping for a new mattress for me and my wife both have back issues. Sleep outfitters was our last stop. Dawn Dotson the manager at sleep outfitters was excellent very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right mattress and adjustable frame for us. Very pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in the door untill the moment we left.

It's like nothing we've ever slept on!

First of all, we gotta say that the girls at the Brookfield, WI store know EVERYTHING there is to know about mattresses, and how to get a good nights sleep! This is an amazing mattress! It takes a little getting used to, and we still are, but we're sleeping like never before! We are both waking up without aches & pains - after a good nights sleep! That is saying a LOT! (typically we have back & shoulder aches, to say the least) We're still experimenting with our movable base to find our perfect position. The only thing we are struggling a bit with is the 2 separate mattresses. One of us tends to somewhat wedge ourselves into the crevice. I guess we just need to learn how to stay on our own side of the bed!

Do not believe the warranty of 10 years

After owning a Split Cal King Temper Pedic bed for less than 5 years, the offered warranty of 10 years will not be honored. The requirements of measuring with a yard stick showing 3/4" indentation are not obtainable. My husband and I wake up in pain daily from the indentations of the split mattresses, they did not hold their original shape for even 5 years. You must show a quarter standing upright of the amount of gap on the bed. As bad as the mattress is with 1/4" gap showing, they will not honor the warranty. False advertising of this being high end, very expensive, bed that will last well beyond 10 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
