Very unsatisfied but hopeful

Hi Team, I wanted to see what the alternatives are since I have not been completely happy with my bed full transparency is I do have a back issue due to a random physical assault by a stranger and it is imperative to me and also my care team to find an overall great back support product. Can you help here ? Your part could be potentially harmful for my back so I'm hoping there is an alternative

We owned a Tempurpedic mattress several years ago and loved it. Then we purchased a different brand we have used for years. Recently we bought a new Tempurpedic after testing several at a local furniture store. This mattress is nowhere near as soft as the one we had years ago, and my wife has back issues and cannot sleep on it without pain. We were hoping a couple months use would "break it in" but it has not changed... and the store says cold weather will not help its firmness. We are looking for another mattress to return this one for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only slept on it for 2 nites but I like it so far. The seller told me it would take 3. mos. to become what it should be but I am happy with it for now...I hope it does not become less firm.

I have owned this mattress for only 2years. Noticeable change in sleep quality over the 6 months for both of us! Mattress now sags in the middle so much that we roll into each other and now shoulders and low back starting to hurt each morning. So a warranty claim filed demonstrating a 1/2 inch sag. Claim was denied because it must be at least 3/4 in sag.. So a mere 1/4 inch has resulted in claim denial. I tried to explain but to no avail. So much for customer satisfaction apparently Tempur-Pedic measures that by a 1/4 inch !!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the mattress. I don't get hip pain while sleeping on this mattress. The reason I took 1 star off is because I have not received the promised BOGO coupon that was to come in the mail for registering my purchase.

I absolutely 100% regret paying this much money for the most uncomfortable piece of garbage. Just buy slab of sidewalk, it'll be much more comfortable and a heck of a lot cheaper.
