I placed a claim due to mattressno longer comfortable and has a dip. I provided pictures and the very next day they denied my claim. "Stated documentation does not show that your product meets our guidelines of warranty coverage to be approved for a full replacement." No phone call or nothing to see how they could resolve my situation!! I'm so disappointed in this company and they're customer service satisfaction is @ zero! l will never spend my money on this company. I see why people are turning to companies that you see on TV and social media for half the cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had pain in my side for many years knowing it was muscular. First night on the mattress and the pain is gone. Went on vacation for two weeks, pain came back. Got home back to my bed and it's gone. Not coincidental. Love this, wish I would have gotten it sooner.

Best Mattress

Usually it takes time to break in a mattress but the first night on our Pro-Adapt medium hybrid was the best sleep we have had in many years. Probably hands down the best mattress we have owned and our first Tempur-Pedic. Restful sleep and didn't wake up with our joints sore.

Broke down in 9 months

Do not buy this mattress or any Temperpedic. We bought this mattress less than 10 Mos ago after a great experience with our first Temperpedic over 10 years ago. This one is defective causing pain in my hips and my husband's back. There is a hump in the middle and after what we spent, Temperpedic refuses to honor the warranty and says it's just softening of the mattress. Do not buy from them. We now have to buy a new mattress within 10 months-Sadly, it wont be Temperpedic since they don't stand by their product! Such a shame!!!!

You have two choices, either lie in a bed or lie on a bed, I am loving lying on the bed, feels much better 10 days of 8 hours a night at least.
