[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is what I have dreamed of! This hybrid selection means that we get the softness of a regular mattress with the adaptability of a memory foam. No motion from my husband is felt with this bed either. Truly an amazing mattress!

Wore out after two years

In our experience this Pro-Adapt (medium) is not worth the money, and the process for submitting a warranty request was laughable if it were not true. We purchased the split king Pro Adapt mattress in Dec 2021 for my back pain. By Dec 2023, the edges were sinking and on each side you sunk into the middle of the mattress resulting in me waking up out of alignment and in pain no matter whether I slept on my side or on my back. My wife who does not have back problems was also waking up in pain. When we submitted a warranty request online (you cannot actually speak with a person), we had to include pictures of the mattress without weight on it. The sinking defect is of course only revealed when your weight is applied to the mattress. The warranty request was denied, and our appeals were ignored. We would never recommend Tempurpedic to anyone. In summation, bad mattress, horrible warranty process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Consider customer difficulty

The mattress and frame are of great quality and very comfortable. The very difficult part is in getting our mattress and frame registered with tempurpedic. A serial number is required. Your chat line told us the serial number is on a tag found under the mattress cover. We remove all bedding and mattress cover all the way - no tag. We finally found the tag pressed under the mattress between the bottom of the mattress and frame. When you are elderly, this is a very difficult task. Now to register the bed frame. I'm a little worried about finding the serial number for our frame. It would be most helpful if you consider your elderly customers in the future. Maybe have the serial number printed on the receipt or place the tag in an easier location.

Finally Sleeping!

3rd matters in less than 10 years, Lots of back and forth during warranty claim. Having to use a broom stick and a coin? To Prove my claim is the silliest thing ever.

Firm mattres

We had a king celebrity mattress for years and finally wore it out. Bought the pro adapt firm in the king and really like it so far. I have had back issues from the old mattress and new mattress has really helped a lot so far, really like it a lot.
