the feel of the bed is great but you tend to overheat sleeping in it. its not worth the money. i'm considering returning it. Salesman at ashley furniture said it had cooling features and it doesn't! also paid 399 for cooling protector and it is worth 50 . waste of money do not buy !

Uncomfortable bed and bad customer service. The bed gives me a back and neck pain. It changed my life for the worst. On top of paying an expensive bed now I have to pay and go to the chiropractor.

Sleeping great from day one on this new mattress. Stopped the pain on my shoulder and hip the first night. I wish I would have bought that mattress years ago! Awesome product!

Great nights sleep

Always loved Tempurpedic, having had their original mattress. After trying another type of mattress, and dealing with hip pain on a nightly basis and stiffness in the morning, we bought a Tempurpedic. From the first night the pain was gone. I wake up less often as I no longer need to roll over trying to get comfortable. Added bonus, the cooling affect effectively controlling my night sweats. My husband says it's the best nights sleep he's had in a long time. He loves the way it comforms to his body supporting shoulders, back and hips.

I really wanted to love this bed....

I have always wanted a Tempur-Pedic. We spent several weeks shopping and laying on beds before we decided to spend the extra money to get one. We have now owned it for a year and it is still firmer than the floor model at the store. I now have lower back pain and my husband is dealing with hip pain. I am so disappointed with this mattress.
