Firm is REALLY Firm

We probably should have spent more time in the store really trying out things. But this thing is really firm. I am a side sleeper and also move around a bit when I sleep. The firmness of the mattress is just too hard. I do sink in after a while but every time I change positions I wake up. the base has been great but honestly we are probably going to trade in for wither a medium or a regular spring mattress.

The Truth

Honest opinion , this is more of a high marketed brand than a real quality mattress. Unfortunately I took longer to realize that this mattress was not good for me and it was too late for the 90 day satisfaction . The customer service representative didnt even care about my satisfaction , he just told me that I was over the warranty date. I have been having leg pains since I bougth this mattress. I went on a trip and the pain was over when I got back to sleeping on this mattress the pain came back. So I dont know this is probably a deffected mattress or a really bad quality mattress.

In the store this mattress felt wonderful. Well, got it home and it was like trying to sleep on a brick! Needless to say, I am now into my 2nd new mattress in less than a month and not a happy camper!
