Love the feel

Great mattress sleep much better at night!! Only issue is the sheets do not stay on. I thought it was the$170 mattress protector that was slipping the sheets off. But it wasn't. They continue to fall off every night. I have the extra deep pocketed sheets too....

The Best Sleep Ever!

I can't say enough about this mattress! For the last 5 years, i've been killing myself with traditional mattresses. Well no more! After sleeping on my new Tempurpedic Proadapt, I will never go back to a traditional mattress. The Tempur-Proadapt is so comfortable. It's a great mattress!!!

Our New TEMPUR-PEDIC

This is our second experience with TEMPUR-PEDIC mattresses. We purchased one in years ago and it is still in use today by another family member. We passed it along to another family member due to heat generated while sleeping. We were pleased to find that TEMPUR-PEDIC adapted to newer technology and incorporated COOL technology into the Pro Adapt mattress. The mattress is comfortable, however, it does not retain the coolness that was experienced as we tested the model in the store. We feel this could be caused by the TEMPER-PEDIC factory mattress cover we purchased and installed. Overall the mattress is good and we are happy with the performance. We believe the defining test will be during our high humidity, hot Florida summer that is fast approaching.

Terrible Customer Service

Tempurpedic customer service is horrible. The bed is good, but the service is terrible. We ordered our bed and base and needed to replace the base. We made several calls to customer service in an attempt to replace the base. We were made many false promises. If we didn't continue to follow up, I believe that our issue would never have been solved. Tempurpedic needs to give their customer service professionals better tools to be able to do their job. As nice as the people were, they were barely able to help us with a simple product replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost Perfect Mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to an illness I needed a softer mattress and an adjustable bed frame. I have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the past and always liked the support it gave me. I do love the Pro-Adapt Soft mattress. It was the first time I was able to sink into my bed and feel comfortable since becoming ill. The only thing I don't like about this mattress is that it becomes hot where you lay. I am constantly moving all over the mattress to find a cooler spot all night. If the heat from the mattress wasn't an issue then I would have given a five star rating. More work needs to be done to refine the body heat this mattress holds in.

Not too hard or too soft

Very comfortable in all positions. A little soft near the edges but if you don't hang over the edges you will love it. Sleep better and longer than on any other mattress!

Never can put a price on health and wellness. At first I was Leary because I like the feel and coziness of traditional mattress. First night sleeping on it and I feel like a new person! Great product

Best sleep I've had in years.

I have chronic neck & back pain. It has been a long time since I've felt this good in the morning. I'm more comfortable through the night and sleep much better. We always had a traditional spring mattress and it did take a little getting used to, but we love that we won't accidentally wake the other when we work different shifts.
