Great mattress when lying flat

Being a senior with back problems I did a lot of mattress testing and research and always came back to the medium pro-adapt. Also purchased a adjustable base. Only issue I have with the mattress is when bed is inclined the mattress cover forms a huge uncomfortable crease under your sheets. I was hoping to sleep in zero gravity or inclined position for sinus and back issues but due to bunching of the mattress cover it's uncomfortable in any position but when mattress is in a flat position. On the plus side I'm not waking up with aches in back and hip since I purchased this mattress. Just be aware of this issue if u were planning on a adjustable base.
Keeping it short but this mattress is amazing. I've been a Tempurpedic customer for over 10 years now and my last bed (cloud supreme) was too soft for me and actually hurt my back. I am a side or stomach sleeper and this one works much better for me. It gives me pressure relief in all the key zones but still supports the rest of my body without letting me sink in where I don't need to. My gf just got a new Purple mattress and it's great but after sleeping on my pro-adapt medium she said she wishes she bought this one! Love love love it!
So far, very comfortable and since it has been only a little more than a month since delivery. I noticed the difference In thickness of the mattress, is it is a lot less then our old one, that is an adjustment, especially with deep pocket sheets. My favorite thing is the way it conforms to you when you change to different positions. When testing at stores I noticed how easy it was to slide off the side when sitting on it, this was almost a deal breaker, but it hasn't happened now that sheets and or spread are on it.
We have had the mattress for about 2 months now and it has definitely had a great impact on our sleep and well-being. The mattress is perfect for both back and side sleepers. The sleep I get now is way better than before and I no longer wake up with a sore back.
Bought the Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid to replace 2007 Deluxe

I bought the Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid as a warranty replacement for my old 2007 Deluxe mattress. The Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid is MUCH better, although I think I could have gone with the regular Pro Adapt Medium. The hybrid has a slightly softer feel despite the fact it is also a medium. I thought the regular Pro Adapt medium was too firm when trying beds, but now that I've had the hybrid, maybe the regular medium would have been better. Maybe not. I'm 115 lbs, 5' 1 1/2", back sleeper with back and hip pain. I sleep pretty well on the new bed. The old Deluxe was 10" thick, which I preferred. The PA Hybrid is 12". I wish it wasn't so thick since I'm short. FYI, sitting on the edge of the hybrid is fine. I found I tended to slide off the edge of the regular Pro Adapt Medium. Another reason I went with the hybrid. Overall pleased, but with it wasn't such a thick mattress.
It started to be fine for 1 year after that starting to get harder and firmer, causes neck and back pain every night,I am getting PT because of that mattress I contacted customer services and they said because it is not saggy it's not covered under warranty it's a waste of money, never even give a try
