Comfy but not what I was expecting

I was excited for the promised refreshing night's sleep but it never happened. Although the bed is quite comfortable, I wake up with the same amount of back pain as with my old mattress. Needless to say I was disappointed and contemplated returning it. I would have if the delivery men hadn't torn the bottom. I did get insurance and asked for a replacement cover at least but no one has gotten back to me in almost 4 weeks. It feels nice during the day but not for all nighters, as claimed. I love how quiet it is and how I can move around without disturbing my husband and son. Although not completely unsatisfied, after a month with this mattress, I do regret spending so much money on it. Not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am in love with my mattress. It only took one night to get used to it and now I enjoy going to bed again. We had a tempur-pedic mattress for 20 years and it finally began to break down. We purchased another brand because tempur-pedics are so expensive. It was like a nightmare. I began to hate going to bed. We only kept it for under 6 months. Now we are truly sure that tempur-pedic is the mattress for us.

Instant comfort

We would never have believed you could make a determination about the comfort of a mattress in a short 5-10 minute in-store trial. But the minute we laid down on Tempur-Pedics, we were sold! The only decision was whether or not to get the hybrid. We ultimately chose the Pro-Adapt hybrid because it provided a little more 'firmness.' As an older couple, we decided we could use the additional support to make getting into and out of the bed easier. So we chose the hybrid. We are 2 months into ownership, and couldn't be happier with our decision. We also got the Tempur-Pedic pillows and love them, too!

Excellent Mattress

So comfy and offers lumbar support and pressure point relief; however, no five stars because the hd memory foam on top layers are too hot. Wake up in heat sweat.

The mattress we replaced with a medium pro-adapt was also a Tempurpedic, so old that the only way to place an order then was by phone! All the comfortable years made us brand loyalists, and we have not been disappointed in the transition to the new Tempurpedic. Our only concern is that we live long enough to enjoy this one as much.

This was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Because of lower back problems, I could not sleep more than an hour at a time on our bed and now I sleep all night without waking up with pain.

Good night's sleep EVERY night!

We actually have a second mattress (firm) also. My husband has severe back issues...Or should I say "had"?! With the adjustable base, he's now getting a good night's sleep EVERY night & wakes up practically pain free. Love our Tempurpedic!
