Too firm for a medium mattress

I had a Tempur-pedic cloud that I loved but could not ship it back to the US. I suffered on a too soft mattress by another manufacturer then came to my senses and exchanged it for another Tempur-pedic. I will have to say that the medium is just too hard for me to sleep on. I'm just not comfortable like before. My friend and her husband will be the new owners of this mattress and I think it will do very nicely for them. They are looking forward to not rolling towards the middle of the mattress which is a Tempur-pedic bonus. I am getting the soft version of the Pro-Adapt which will work much better. I have read several reviews and some mentioned that the soft sleeps more like what most people rate as a medium. Tempur-pedic is an excellent mattress, but shop around and lie down on each on for about 15 minutes to make sure you like the comfort level.

For the price of the mattress I really wanted to love it. I am keeping it because it's too much of a hassle to return a mattress, but I feel like a cheaper mattress would be just as comfortable

Would of never thought a bed could make such a difference, we sleep like babies now. Big difference from day one. Love it and would recomend to anyone.

Ugh

This bed is awful . And we are stuck with it. All of a sudden my back and neck are soar all the time . Started happening a few months in owning it . We are now year in and I can't wait to buy a different bed and I still owe money . I will never buy another product made by tempor

Hard Mattress

We received our new Pro Adapt Medium Tempurpedic mattress 1 1/2 weeks ago. It was unbearable to sleep on the first night as it was hard as a rock. More than a week later and it has softened a bit but is still hard. Changing it out for the Pro Adapt Soft. I hope this helps.

OMG - the Zero Gravity setting!!!

We don't want to EVER get out of bed! We have been considering a TempurPedic ever since a relative gave us their older queen model for our guest room in 2012 - we would have put it in our bedroom, but we have a CalKing frame and bedding so . . . Fast forward to 2019 and our nearly 20-year-old standard boxspring and mattress set up. We needed to replace the queen we had inherited, so did some research and decided to make the leap with the excellent financing offered the end of the year. My husband is finally sleeping through the night. Such a relief for daily back pain! Thank you, TempurPedic!!!

Extremely uncomfortable! Hot!!

Hard to move around on it. Doesn't easily give way to changing positions. I dread going to sleep at night. I long for a conventional mattress. Very unhappy with this expensive purchase. Certainly worthless as I never get a good night's sleep. I wake up Hot and irritable!!!

Quite firm for a medium mattress

I owned a Tempur-pedic cloud in the past and slept very well. I was unable to ship it when I moved back to the US. Recently I purchased the pro-adapt medium but I woke up hurting all over. The salesman told me it would soften up but it did not. While it is an excellent mattress, it's more like a firm. I tried out the Pro Adapt soft which is much more comfortable for me and will be delivered later this week. Wish I hadn't listened to the salespeople
