Best mattress!

Warning -- if you buy this mattress you'll have to give up staying in hotels, because no other bed will be as comfortable as your own. This bed solved my back problems! We bought directly through Tempur-pedic and had a perfect purchase and delivery experience. I can't recommend this highly enough.

Helps with back and hip pain

This mattress is practically perfect in the way it supports the body. I can wake up and get out of bed without pain. I tried other mattresses including sleep number and none of them alleviated my pain like this one. I'm a side sleeper but with this mattress I've found I've been sleeping on my back more because it takes all the pain away. Side sleeping is nice too but it feels the best on my back.

Superb mattress. There is none better. I'm was a restless sleeper. No more! I don't even get up to pee! Slept 11 hours the other night. Haven't done that for a few decades! Get one of the split king adjustable beds with massage. Heaven!

Much Firmer Than Expected

We tested the Pro Adapt Medium in a Tempur-Pedic store and found it to bebperfect for our needs, however the delivered mattress is much firmer than what we experienced in the store.

Like a rock! Could have bought a piece of plywood and a 2 inch piece of foam and saved a couple thousand dollars.

6 weeks and still not sure

We thought by now, we'd either love it or hate it. However, we have some good nights sleep and others where the firm mattress is "too" hard. We may end up switching it for the medium; we didn't think it would take this long to make a decision - - still not sure it's for us.

Still getting use to it!

This is the first foam bed I've ever owned. The salesman told me to be patient and give it 60 days to adjust. The first couple weeks I woke up with a sore back. I've been walking around on the mattress to get it softened. It's just now getting comfortable. Jury's out but I'm being patient. I like the fact your partner doesn't know when you move around during the night. I'll make a decision to keep it or not in the next few weeks.

AWFUL Mattress, avoid at all costs!

I bought the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid Mattress a little over a year ago. I loved it at first and but within 9 months I began to wake up with a stiff back. I thought it was just me until I slept in another bed and felt fine in the morning. This bed is terrible, and unfortunately, you may not realize until it's too late. And Tempurpedic will do nothing for you. It's become an exceedingly expensive clothes rack, as I refuse to sleep on it. DO NOT BUY THIS BED.
