[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new tempurpedic Pro-adapt. We got the firm and it is firm! But it responds to your body and settles you in. I find I don't move as often while sleeping on this bed, and the quality of my sleep has improved. I don't seem to wake up as often. Highly recommend!

Delivered USED mattress and refused to replace with new

I recently received a mattress with the law tag completely removed(removing the law tag typically requires a sharp tool like scissors and can't be done accidentally), despite clear legal guidelines on it stating that it should not be removed except by the consumer. Here's my experience: I filed a complaint within 20 minutes of delivery, and both Ron Ferguson from Pineville, Charlotte and Tempur-Pedic acknowledged the issue promptly. Despite acknowledging the mistake, both parties refused to replace the mattress. This lack of accountability is disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We just got our mattress delivered today and cannot wait to use it for the first time! I know we need to give it about 30 days to fully adjust and be comfortable, but so far it looks and operates well! We haven't been sleeping well at all for days now and I know it will be a wonderful experience!

Never have I ever thought that a mattress would change ones life! I'm so glad my husband and I made this decision. We both love the cooling effects we even feel a bit healthier. It's gonna be hard trying to get out of bed for work in the mornings now.
