[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the firm mattress. I have enjoyed it's firmness and how the memory foam conforms to your body without sacrificing any of the firmness. I gave it 4 stars because the mattress is shorter in length than my previous mattress. My bed is also sitting lower but I plan to get risers to bring it up about 3in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a 10" Tempur-Pedic mattress from 2004 for our queen bed, but when we upgraded to a king, I don't know what we were thinking. We bought something else. As soon as it was delivered, I think we instantly regretted it, but we lived with it for a decade. Crappy sleep finally caught up with us and we could tolerate it no longer. After a brief call with the customer service department to ensure we got the EXACT SAME MATTRESS as we had before, we ended up with the ProAdapt. First night, I got 4 hours of deep sleep according to my watch. I literally passed out on it. I've been sleeping like a dream ever since. We love this mattress and with their return policy, if it's not for you, you can return it.

This mattress has done wonders to my body. I used to wake up with aches and stiffness. No longer thanks to my new mattress

We purchased our first Tempur Pedic mattress in January 2004. In May 2024 we decided to get a new mattress. Our old one lasted over 20 years! Our new one looks and feels even better. We look forward to another 20 years of great sleep!

The warranty process is too difficult. Having to lift mattress take pictures etc is ridiculous. Our bed was put in protective cover sheets spread and had to strip. I'm 87 years old and had to get help to come to my home just to register. Called to register on phone. I was informed not an option. Ridiculous

Perfect mattress

After 25 years on our old Tempurpedic we decided our old bodies needed a new mattress. The Tempurpedic ProAdapt medium hybrid was sooo comfortable and made our backs feel great. What a fantastic mattress. Thank you Tempurpedic for improving your mattresses!

Waterbed replacement

We had a water bed for 30 years, but I wanted something easer to move. This mattress was recommended. It was expensive, it was worth it as I had no problem converting from the water bed. I have had great night sleep with no sore pressure points. Very happy with my purchase.

The medium twin xl I purchased is a lot more firm than the display I tested in the store, how long is the break in period ? It has gotten better but has a long way to go !
