We went with the firm mattress and right now it's not my favorite. We've had it about a month and I wake up so sore. My joints literally ache when I get up. The furniture store said it should improve over time. We'll see.

Very nice and comfortable mattress....but too heavy

Our only issue is that the mattress is so very heavy that we do not have the strength to rotate it from time to time, as suggested in the instructions for break-in and ongoing care. And there are no handles sewn into the mattress to help with lifting and moving.

Bye bye back pain!

We love our pro adapt soft! We sleep so much better. Everyday I woke up with back pain form my old mattress and the on the third day of my tempurpedic I said bye bye to my back pain! We would highly recommend it! Worth the investment

The Tempur-ProAdapt Medium has helped greatly with mine and my wife's back pain. We now wake up in the morning with no pain. We liked it so much we bought a second one for our vacation home. I would highly recommend this mattress to any one looking for a memory foam mattress.
