NO more hurting

This is my 3rd Tempur-Pedic mattress, as the others tended to be transported into guest rooms for their enjoyment! I have had multiple knee surgeries, sinus, Achilles' tendon issues. I hike over 100 miles per month. I started out with the original mattress about 2006, then switched to a softer one 5 years later after surgery. I moved recently and sold the mattresses, and everyone wants to buy even a used Tempur-Pedic mattress. I bought the Pro-Adapt because of my activity and age (66). Love it. Never disappointed in their mattresses. I advise to go into a store, take an hour and try out the varieties. You won't be disappointed. Invest in yourself and your body.

So far so good

We are two weeks into owning this bed and we get up every morning and shake our heads saying we cannot believe how good we sleep. If we still feel like this in a year it is will worth the investment. Also got the higher end base and that is a must.

Not what I thought it would be....

In the store the mattress felt very different to what I am experiencing now. The mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. Very disappointed with my purchase especially after spending too dollar for this mattress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very comfortable, not too firm, just right! But gets very warm after an hour or so. Probably should have considered the cooler version, Breeze, but $1,000 difference was too prohibitive.

The mattress quite simply put helps our body recover from the previous day's tiredness. Sleep quality has improved drastically. Sometimes the mattress does run a little hot. So if you are a hot sleeper, I would suggest going for the breeze model

My wife suffers from psoriatic arthritis and we've tried every bed imaginable: box spring, water bed and air, but she never got a good nights sleep. We decided to try the TEMPUR-ProAdapt medium with adjustable base. From the first night, my wife slept completely through and awoke refreshed! We did not believe a mattress could be so comfortable, but we do now!
