Worst mattress I have ever slept on in my life

It has caused me back and neck pain. I can't get to sleep at night because it is so uncomfortable. I have slept in the back of a pickup truck when I was younger when we went camping that was more comfortable. I regret the day that I purchased this over priced horrible mattress. I'm sure temper - pedic will not do anything about it. Once you buy it it's yours forever and ever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been sleeping in the zero gravity position, it is amazing, I wake up and nothing hurts! I honestly didn't think I would fall asleep in that position but I do, my back used to be in pain with our old mattress, no more with this one, so thanks ☺️

Just purchased our second Tempur-Pedic mattress. Yep wore out the first. This is definitely newer technology and the hybrid sleeps so much better. Offers more support for my husband who is a larger person. Thoroughly pleased with the service we have received.

Product is different than any mattress ever slept on. Probably would choose medium rather than firm next time. Is taking some time to adjust to my body, but totally love that you sleep ON this mattress and not IN it. I think this mattress will still provide a comfortable night's sleep years from now as opposed to getting less and less comfortable like other mattresses. Would recommend this mattress to anyone buying a new one, but need to understand the first few weeks your body is adjusting to a different sleep experience.

I am so glad that I bought on 7/3/21, I was only person in the store and I was treated like Royalty! The salesman took the time to explain all his products and accessories he sold in his store. After talking with him I knew he was very knowledgeable about everything he sold, after explaining everything he left me alone and I tried the different mattresses he suggested. I spent probably an hour or so and a few more questions and then made my choice! I honestly do love my new mattress and adjustable platforms! I would recommend a Tempur- Pedic to everyone! It is extremely comfortable and I can't wait to go to bed at night! Kudos to my salesman!

High end product, pricy but worth it. It is nice these models have removable covers. It is a very dense and heavy mattress. A little hard, but will break-in over time.

Difficult to get used to

I'm having trouble adapting to this mattress. Right now I have a 3inch memory foam topper on it, will see if that helps me. My back didn't hurt as bad this morning. Maybe it's too firm??????
