We wanted to try tempur-pedic mattresses after my husband slept on one in his sister's house. We did a lot of research ahead of time and visited showrooms with the products. We chose hybrid because it lessens motion transfer. This product was way softer than we anticipated and after just a few weeks neither of us was sleeping well and both of us woke up with hip, back and knee pain. We sent the mattress back.

This replaces our rhapsody which we have had for over 10 years very pleased with the consistent quality of tempurpedic also purchased pillows

Great quality

My husband and I bought this bed because based on our talking to others and the salesman at the mattress store this would be the best bang for our buck. I wanted to get the soft model but my husband wanted to get the medium for longevity. We had never had a super nice mattress before always usually a hand-me-down or the cheap kind. It definitely took a while for us to get used to it and for the first 2-3 weeks we did a lot of tossing and turning but now we love it. Still getting used to owning something so nice but the way it adapts to your body and you find your comfy spot it was definitely worth the money we paid.

I've had sweet sleep for just a month on this mattress. Hoping it will continue. I can definitely tell the difference from my previous mattress, on which I'd wake with aching back. The coolness aides in comfortable sleep.

This is my 2nd Tempur-Pedic mattress, 1st was the Cloud Supreme, an exceptional product. The Pro-Adapt continues to live up to the company's reputation. I got the adjustable base with this one and love the combination of the weight free setting and weightless comfort of the Pro-Adapt mattress. Money well spent to comfort a lifetime of physical strains, sprains and lower back abuses.

It took 5 weeks to get the bed. It's a real nice bed I haven't slept this good for a long time. The down side is that if I wake up in the middle of the night whatever part of my body is in contact with the mattress is hot and sweaty. It's no wonder why the charge a couple more thousand to get one of the cooling mattresses. Those are the reasons why i rated it a 3/5.

All the TV ads and hype may be a bit exaggerated. I find my new mattress to be less comfortable than I had hoped. I wish I had asked about a softer model. I got the medium. It is not for side sleepers for sure. It also is not cooler as promised. For the large sum of money it cost, I would have hoped for a nice night's sleep and no aches in the mornings. Since it's still very new, I'm hopeful it will bring more comfort as it gets used more.
