NOT GOOD FOR SENIORS

Disturbing odor for > 3 weeks, still noted after 1 1/2 months. Had to strip bed daily, fan, windows open (Winter cold) first 2 weeks. Upsetting. Mattress itself is comfortable, but difficult to move around on, and can't sit on edges. Heavy compared to previous 6 " Tempur - difficult to change fitted sheet. No UPFRONT /transparent notice cannot use with electric blanket or heating pad UNLESS you go to FAQ. Nothing directing customer to READ FAQ PRIOR TO PURCHASING. Delivery experience poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Actually only been on the mattress for about a month. Love how it conforms to your body. Still getting a little hot, thought I would be a little cooler. But I have noticed I haven't had any hip pain. Really comfortable. It just that I still get warm in the middle of the night.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Firm but gentle support we needed

I'm a side sleeper and she's a back sleeper. We knew we needed better support and spinal alignment. The first night was surprisingly firm, but acclimated to our room, in 4 nights we had a nice, slight, contouring into that firm support and we both were sleeping better and waking up feeling great. I skipped my chiropractic visits for a week. It is not a cooling tech mattress, but because we aren't sinking deep into the top, we don't feeling the body heat trapped around us. You have room around you for air flow. The ProAdapt Firm also has great motion isolation, and a firm edge along the side. No sloughing over the edge feeling. This is our second TempurPedic - we had an Elite Breeze for a few years, and this ProAdapt feels like a huge upgrade in TempurPedic mattress tech. Love it. Look forward to getting into bed at night.

We had our previous Tempurpedic mattresses and adjustable bases for 21+ years, and it was only in the past year that the mattresses (two TwinXL) became uncomfortable. We replaced them and have enjoyed the best sleep in years.

Quality is Excellent

This is my second Tempur-Pedic mattress. By the third night I and the mattress had become one. I sleep soundly throughout the night and wake with no aches and pains.
