Not worth it

The mattress is so hard and uncomfortable. I thought I'd get used to it, but my back aches even more now. It was ordered online so I didn't try it out in the store. What a costly mistake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was definitely time for a new mattress but not sure this one is it. I purchased the hybrid medium because our old mattress was pretty firm. I was thinking this one was going to be a little softer but I was wrong. I think it is too firm and doesn't really give enough to form to my body. I am still having trouble sleeping.

Having trouble

I want so bad to love this bed. I have not been able to sleep through the night since we got it. It was very firm and uncomfortable at first, but has improved somewhat. I was used to a much softer bed so I am trying to give myself time to adjust. It has been 6 weeks and my sleep seems to be improving little by little.

Way too firm.

Unfortunately the mattress was too firm for us. The model in the store felt more soft. It didn't conform to our bodies and actually caused pressure points. We had to exchange it after the 30 days. The people at the store then told us that depending on the temperature in our house would dictate the softness/firmness of the mattress. If it is cooler the mattress is more firm, if it is warm, it is softer. We weren't told that when we purchased it and honestly we don't want a mattress that is dictated by the room temperature. If someone likes a super firm mattress this would be for them.

Sleeping comfort

The bed does not seem to be as soft as it was in the store. Quite expensive for what you get. Although I am used to something softer to sleep on I have slept well on this mattress. My arms do not fall asleep during the night as often as they used to.

My wife was having terrible back pain went to several doctors with no luck someone said it may be here mattress we bought a tempur- pedic and with in one week pain is gone.
