This is the firmest mattress I've ever slept on. My back and neck pain has improved considerably. The mattress is also very high; shorter people might need a step stool.

Mattress gives support in back and adjusts as you move around. My spouse's movement does not impact my restful night. We believe the firmness is just right. Great purchase experience thus far.

Best mattress ever, better than my sterns and foster mattress. Sleep lots better, love that you can get out of bed disturbing your spouse, great feature.

Every morning when I got up my back would be hurting. Not anymore. These mattress's are so comfy, I love the memory foam, its like a new bed every night.

I picked out this mattress because so many friends recommended it for back pain. It made my back pain so much worse and I slept on it for a solid month. More than that I just dont find it comfortable in general. If I was getting pain relief I could overlook that, but it wasn't satisfying either need. Switched to a purple 3 and I am happy with the comfort and support it offers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best sleep ever

I spent several sessions selecting a mattress. It paid off taking the time to really know exactly what I liked an needed in both a mattress and pillow. I am sleeping better now than I have in years. Gone are the pins and needles in my arms and shoulders as well as an achy back. Thank you Tempurpedic!
