After 3 years mattress is super saggy. It is supposed to be a FIRM mattress, and know it feels worse than soft. Giving me lower back pain. Not a good night sleep.

This mattress gave me so much pain that I didn't know you could have such pain just by sleeping. I could only bear for one month to return it.

Best I have felt in the morning in several years. I was diagnosed with Anklyosing Spondylitis 9 months ago & this has been a huge help for me. My husband struggles with getting good quality sleep & he is doing better also.

The sides were finally getting very soft, I am now pregnant and began feeling more uncomfortable as each week passed. I had planned on getting the medium or medium-hybrid, but my husband and I went into a store to lay on them. We realized even the firm mattress had quite a bit of give once you laid down on it and that it seemed like the best option for us. We ordered online which was easy; the delivery company messaged us with a couple of delivery date/time frame options. They came in, took our old mattress, replaced it with the new one, and now we are on to better sleep! I am so comfortable on this mattress, can barely feel when my husband moves, and if it wasn't for our noisy cat I would be sleeping through the night. I am so excited to have this mattress for many years to come. Thank you!
