Purchased the ProAdapt Firm king mattress ~1.5 years ago and is already in need of replacement, not comfy, indentations where we both lay, overall dissatisfied especially considering the price point. I should mention we also purchased the corresponding foundation, so the mattress is properly supported. Missed the window to return unfortunately, and instead was talked into a bed topper which did not help the situation either. The only positive is the "motion cancellation" I can't feel my spouse tossing and turning. We loved our 1st Tempur-Pedic, sorry to say we cannot say the same for the ProAdapt Firm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second Tempurpedic mattress. I purchased the first one after having lower back surgery and it helped tremendously. I then went with a much less expensive copy-cat from Amazonfor a few years. I've come back to Tempurpedic. The copycat versions are not bad. For the price difference, it can be a tough decision. Ultimately though, the Tempurpedic has a more consistent feel throughout and just hugs my body better. It's a better all around mattress at a much higher price. If you can afford it, it's worth the extra money paid. Note: Retained heat is an issue. It's less of an issue then with other brands but it's memory foam and it will retain body heat. I didn't feel the extra $$ for the unproven 'cool' version was worth it. The only reason for knocking off a star is price. They are considerably more expensive but I guess that's the price that has to be paid for a high quality version.

Cozy for all types of sleeping

Im typically a stomach sleeper but I can toss and turn, I usually wake up when I toss and turn but not with this mattress I can find myself waking up on my side in the morning on a full night's rest! It's supportive to cradle my whole body, even on my back it feels comfortable and I'm not that big of a back sleeper! highly recommended.

Got this mattress to replace our 12 year old Tempur-Pedic. My wife and I find this hybrid design to be much more comfortable, and no minor aches we had with the older mattress. We didn't expect this big a difference, and are glad we made the purchase. Well worth the money! FIVE STARS ALL DAY LONG!

I really love this mattress. I have sciatica and it has helped me a-lot. I have finally been able to sleep all night and I haven't done that for years.

When we first received the product, the bed was a little hard for our tastes but after a couple of weeks it was amazing. We let it air out for a couple of days before sleeping on is and even though they say you don't have to do that, I am glad we did. I have a sensitive nose and was able to smell the mattress when it was first unpackaged but my Wife could not.
I would recommend this to a friend!
