Health, comfort, and quality

My husband and I took time to review all the different types of beds on the market that are available. We finally decide to go with tempur -pedic and could not be happier. We were told we must give it time for our bodies to adjust because it was a huge change going from our old pillow top bed to our pro-adapt. After about 2 weeks we realized we no longer woke up in pain! The bed seems to support our body in all the right ways. This has been one of our best decisions so far. We recommend if you buy the mattress you must get the pillows to go alone with the bed. We almost love the pillows more!

The mattress is actually on the firmer side. Keep that in mind when purchasing. It is very supportive but takes a couple weeks for you to get used to. I am a fan for life!

Love this mattress

My pro-adapt mattress is medium firm. I am very comfortable on this bed. No soreness anymore when I sleep on my sides. It is not too hot either. We own a 20 year old original Tempur-pedic as well which is in our guest room. Guests often mention how much they love the mattress. You can't go wrong with Tempur-pedic.

I am surprised to find that it is possible to feel both stable support and that wonderful cushioning that this type of system provides. Loving the way it accepts and welcomes my body while also giving firm support. Also, easier on aging joints!

My wife really likes the TEMPUR-ProAdapt ... she sleeps much better, longer, and feels much more rested. For me, I wake up every hour or so, thankfully I go right back to sleep ... but the mattress feels hard, not comfy ... cannot sleep on my side as my shoulder starts to hurt almost immediately ... have to stay on my back. So, for me, it is ok, not great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
