The bed has been amazing and helped relieve the pain I was experiencing when combined with pt. I tried different mattresses at a store before I purchased this one.

I like being able to raise the head of the bed. It has helped when I had indigestion and when I had dental surgery (it helped keep the swelling down). The downside to the platform is it is not easy if you have to move the bed. I also would like to raise it up a little, but that would involve dismantling everything. (When they installed it, I had them put it on a lower level so it was easier for me to sit on it, not thinking that I store things under my bed. Now I can't fit half of my stuff under the bed because the base is too low. This can be adjusted, but would involve taking off the mattress and possibly the platform. Not something I can easily do.) The mattress is comfortable, but It seems to be sagging a little in the middle, which is disappointing since that's why I got rid of my last mattress. All in all, I would still buy the bed but would make sure it was set up high enough to still be able to store my things under the bed.

I really thought that it would be a good fit for me but unfortunately it wasn't. I'm very disappointed with the return and refund process. A third party company picked up my mattress on 9/16/24 it is now 9/19/24 they did not offer a copy of the paperwork so I documented the event with photos for my own piece of mind. After two attempts to contact Tempur-Pedic to confirm my pick/up and status of my refund it has been crickets! In my professional career we always practiced the 24 hr rule of returning an email or voicemail communication!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my fourth Tempurpedic since 2006. The first one I gave to a friends, and the next two are in my guest rooms. I just got the proAdapt firm and it is my favorite yet. Every Tempurpedic mattress I have ever owned has been absolute quality and enjoyment. The firm is my favorite because I go to bed with body aches and pains and wake up pain free.
I would recommend this to a friend!
