Best Mattress Ever!

Hands down the best mattress I've ever owned. For the first time in many years, I sleep through the entire night now, also my back pain has completely gone away. I wake up now refreshed, rejuvenated, and with tons of energy. Tempur-Pedic are worth every penny.

STAY AWAY AND SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

These mattresses are not what they once were before. I started off with a medium firm, it was too firm and caused sharp pain on my elbows and shoulders. Then I was steered towards the soft; which turned out to be too soft, it feels like a cheap 20 year old mattress with no support at all, I literally sleep in a bowed position. Because of the lack of support, I filed a warranty claim under the impression I received a faulty product, the warranty chose to deny my claim after making me hop through hoops of fire for them. (warranty literally wants you to take a picture of the whole mattress with no sheets, a straight edge on it and a quarter in between the straight edge and the mattress at specific angles, multiple times I explained to them the integrity is faulty not the actual physical shape) Because of this faulty/poor mattress I have developed a constant subtle lower back pain. I'm out of my house 3-6 nights a month, and the nights I don't sleep on my Tempur Pedic I wake up with no pain on my back and actually somewhat rested, I have come to dread sleeping on this mattress. Tempur Pedic has no timeless classic of a product, their lineup is all propaganda. Their mattresses bottom out at varying points depending on the firmness and when they do it is the equivalent of concrete not clouds. The competition has caught up to Tempur Pedic, they are no longer what they once upon a time were. A consumer can buy a mattress of a fraction of the cost with a topper and have a better quality sleep. Until further notice I'm stuck with this mattress because I financed it and cannot simply throw it out. Neither Tempur Pedic, the box store I bought it from are willing to hold themselves accountable for this poor product. You have been warned.

Adjustable bed

Adjustable top and bottom is nice. Can sleep in a bed and not a recliner. But still hurts sides of legs, whichever side I sleep on. Had hoped it would be comfy and not be hurting. Especially for the cost. Never spent that much on a bed.

Doesn't feel the same and delivery experience was awful!!!

We tried the different mattresses out at a retail store location, we decided on the ProAdapt medium. What we received feels more like the firm model. As for the delivery experience, I don't think it could have been much worst. The delivery service did not call to set up delivery time and date until the day before they were coming even though they had the mattress for three days! Then on delivery day (4/28) they didn't show up until 9:40 PM!! 4+ hours after they were scheduled for!! Worst than a cable company coming at that time but I wanted my mattress! Delivery men were polite, but left dirty fingerprints on my mattress. My expectations for white glove delivery were not met at all!! This so called white glove delivery is absolutely the most unprofessional service I have seen. I would think tempur-pedic would have a better service and it didn't seem like customer service even cared when I called and told them about my experience.

Superior support

The first night I slept on my new mattress I did not wake up for 8 hours! I slept better than I have in 4 years. No matter what position I fall asleep in, it is very restful! The ProAdapt medium mattress is very comfortable and supportive! I love how it hugs my body in all the areas as well as providing comfort and support to my back and shoulders!!

Well, our choice was Firm, and it is. It feels like a bench when you first sit on it, but in a few seconds you sink in just enough to be cradled. A perfect balance of 'no saggy spots' and 'no pressure on shoulders, hips, or knees. The other treat is that when either I or my wife get up (in the night) or first out of bed, the mattress does not move/jiggle. You don't know the other has gone - and you just keep sleeping. Our previous mattresses were top quality, but with springs. This one doesn't flex like that - which is great.

Beware of Warranty Claims!!

We unfortunately had to use our warranty because our mattress was sagging after 4 years. We decided to upgrade to a better mattress. When delivered it felt like a concrete slab! We slept one night & it was miserable, called Tempurpedic the next morning & we were told we could NOT exchange for a different mattress because it was a warranty replacement! SO, apparently Tempurpedic can send out any crappy mattress they want & if it's a warranty replacement the customer has ZERO RECOURSE! Unbelievable that they would treat 15+ years customers like this!!

Love My Bed

We had a Tempurpedic mattress in the past, after ten years decided to retire it, and to save money purchased another brand. Big mistake, I slept horribly and tried two different toppers to help, so no luck and with a sore back we had enough. Returned the toppers, it was too late for the mattress. But we went back to Tempurpedic and got this model and we LOVE it! We will never go back. No more back ache and clocking in hours of sound sleeping. Thank you!
