We are enjoying our mattress. It is firm and offers good support. We're sleeping better on it and our backs are much happier. It does not quite bend the way we expected with the adjustable base, it more raises up at an angle. But we are very happy with the support that it offers.

"Firm" classification is a misrepresentation

Overall this is a comfortable mattress, but it doesn't support my back like other firm mattresses. I invested in it as an answer to my back pain and I am terribly disappointed. This is not a true firm mattress. The support/resistance varies on different points of the surface, and it is effected by the room temperature. It gets softer in warmer temperatures and vise versa. A normal firm mattress alleviated my back pain, the Pro-Adapt firm does not. Tempur-Pedic ought to disclose this fact on their website, or avoid from classifying this mattress as "firm".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Mattress & Warranty Claim

I got the pro- adapt medium- it gets indented, gets super hot, and I get back pains. I have been suffering for the past 2 years with this Mattress. Their customer service denied for me to claim their warranty policy. It is crazy.

Like sleeping on wood

After testing out practically every mattress in the store, this one seemed perfect, but the brand new one that was delivered was so much hard and unbending. My body didn't penetrate the memory foam at all. It was like sleeping on a board.
