The mattress arrived on time and the delivery people were great! Unfortunately the mattress was too hard for my husband's liking. I contacted Tempur- Pedic after trying to "break" the mattress in for 30 days. They were very helpful selecting replacement mattress. Somewhere along the way wires got crossed and my order failed. I was able to get a customer support rep that seems to have taken care of the problem.

Wish we had purchased this bed years ago!

This is an amazing bed, both for the firmness and size. We purchased a King Firm and will never look back. We wanted to get this 5 years ago when my wife began experiencing severe lower back pain due to arthritis in the disc joints. However, we postponed and attempted numerous other 'back expert' options. After about 3 weeks the difference is night and day, and although she was not healed completely, her attitude towards the future is bright like I have not seen in ages. We're so grateful for this product, if you are on the fence, I recommend you go for it today!

This is a very high quality made bed. It is very firm. I've been sleeping really heavy, but wake up a bit sore. My husband, too. The longer we have the bed, it's developing more give. I can tell as the material settles, I am less and less sore, but continuing to sleep well. I'm hopeful, by the end of the adjustment period, all the soreness will be gone and I will continue to sleep well.

mattress lumpy, sagging and with no structure

my husband and I purchased a tempuric mattress in 2021. The first months of use we loved our mattress. However, today, with two years of use, we clearly feel that the mattress is very sunken where we sleep. We feel a hole where we lay. Both me and my husband are feeling a lot of back pain, especially when waking up, we believe that this is due to the mattress being completely uneven, lumpy, sagging and without structure. I would like to point out that we are not fat, so there is no overweight on the mattress and we don't spend many hours lying down either. We go to bed around 10 pm and wake up between 7 am and 9 am. It's not worth the price, for in two years the mattress will be completely bad, uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been a fan of these beds since they came out. Switched to the Purple premier 3 as I couldn't afford this one at the time- and my husband isn't a fan of memory foam. We have a split king so I was able to buy this one FOR MYSELF and I couldn't be happier. It's the perfect fit for me, soft and cozy. I wake up well rested and no back pain. Love this bed!

I exchanged the Firm version of this mattress for the Medium. The firm felt like a bench. The medium is absolutely perfect! The memory foam molds right to my body.
