Struggling to get comfortable

Had a Tempur for years and recently replaced it - the new "firm" model is very hard and the tested "medium" is very squishy. Neither seem to be the middle of the road that the older models were and we are having difficulty getting used to the firmness of the mattresses we bought. Older now and perhaps have more joint aches and pains but we seldomly wake up refreshed but rather with exaggerated aches and pains. Would try the "medium" but not sure that would be better and don't want to be stuck with that should it not work better and we want to switch back again. The trial period is almost up and we are 'conflicted as to what to do with this very expensive and not so comfortable bed system. Also got a set of the most expensive sheets that were never opened and decided we do not need but the store refuses to take them as a return or exchange so we are stuck with nearly $400 in useless product!!! A decent product but one that requires very very careful evaluation before spending the money they demand. In our case we are not much pleased with the purchase and get poor responses from the retailer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So this bed has just the right amount of firmness and comfort. I got it because of a bad back and this bed has improved my quality of sleep and my life.

Enjoy the mattress, my second purchase. Would have been 5 stars but also purchased sheets and experienced your customer unfriendly return policy. Ordered wrong sheets in error. Called to initiate return of unopened in original packaging sheets and was informed there is a no return policy on sheets. Customer service asked me hold (for a very long time) so a supervisor could explain why this was the policy. After the long wait on hold call was disconnected initiated on customer service side. Stuck with very expensive sheets, that I had to give away after spending thousands on a mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Tempur-Pedic owner for about 20 years. The mattress is a little pricey, so after ours wore out. We purchased a mattress from a different manufacturer to save some money. It costs about 1/2 of the Tempur pedicure. But we noticed our backs and joints aching. Needless to say our son ended up getting the one we bought last fall and we did spend the money this year and purchased the firm Pro-adapt Tempur-Pedic. It's a little to firm , but we have no pain when we get up in the morning

Needed a new mattress. Returned a Stearns and Foster Estate Pillowtop. Exchanged that for a Beautyrest Black C class plush. Horrible mattress. My last hope was the Tempurpedic Pro Adapt medium. Went with the all foam, not the hybrid. Absolutely saved my life. Ridiculously comfortable and unbelievably supportive. Spending a lot of time in bed. Worth every penny spent.

Picked the right Tempurpedic for us.

This replaces our old Tempurpedic which was firm and original product. I have herniated discs in my lower back and my sleep has improved by at lest 75% since getting our new mattress. I can't expect a mattress to fix my back but it has fixed my sleep. I'm very happy.

I have never had a Bedouin so comfortable. My husband has Parkinson's and it is a really big help for him. I have acid reflux and it really helps me. Everything delivered and set up right when promised. Great service!
