Mislead by the salesman.

The bed is not conforming and causing to much pressure on our low back and hips! We don't want it any longer!

Very positive. Better sleep quality and greatly reduced stiffness and back pain at wake-up. Look forward to sleep-time now

Worst mattress I've ever owned

And I have had many over my 65 years and unfortunately I have to wait 30 days to return this horrible mattress. It's supposed to be soft but it feels very firm and I haven't had a decent nights sleep since I got it. I wake up in pain several times every night and I requested for them to come check it and they said that I should purchase a topper (Are you kidding) and they would not do anything about it because they don't guarantee comfort. This mattress feels nothing like the same exact one I tried in the store. I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone. So If anyone purchases this horrible mattress don't say you weren't warned. If you want a mattress look at anything but a Tempur-Pedic !! 3 more days and they get it back :)

Worst mattress ever!

It was great the first 6 months then the mattress got softer an continued down hill. Filed a claim and said it wasn't covered. They said to try keeping the temperature cooler in my room which is already at 70.

Comfortable mattress; to replace old one, but other issues.

Went to TempurPedic and then call. Representative was happy to help, and we asked about the $300. promotional, which we qualified for. The mattress cover came with the 2 pillows under separate cover. The representative assured us the mattress cover was comfortable. She didn't tell us it could not be returned! Since these items were more than the $300.00, we paid the difference. The mattress came and we put on the mattress cover, which slides around, and is not comfortable. Disappointed that I wasn't told it could not returned, resulting in terse email from TempurPedic advising me of this, without any thought that I was misinformed by the sales representative.

Relief from Spinal Stenosis pain!

Really happy with the mattress so far! Felt almost immediate difference - I was waking several times a night due to back/hip pain due to my severe spinal stenosis, but now I consistently stay sleeping and wake with far less pain. I wish I would have invested in this years ago. I also am pleasantly surprised with the pillows we purchased; I thought they would be too dense, but am finding them to be very comfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
