Wanted to support Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to support Bissell because of their dog rescue work....But this vacuum was a waste of money! It might stay charged for 10 minutes....Not 20....Small cup...have to empty every other usage. Very frustrating!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Barely runs for 15 mins on a full charge. I literally can't vacuum my 2 bedroom apartment without having to charge it halfway through. It's not very powerful or ergonomic either. There are better options in the same price range or even lower.

bad purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is not a vacuum. its a Dustbuster on a stick. I have had it for 2 weeks and it dies constantly even after being fully charged. you have to constantly fix the rolling brush according to the troubleshooting videos. it was a terrible purchase and I hope I can return it. Have to lug it back to the store.

This was great for about a few weeks then broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product everyday and I've only had it one and a 1/2 months and I can no longer return it. It's falling apart the roller brush is not working I have to leave it off or the vacuum shuts off due to it getting stuck. I've cleaned it regularly after most uses. The suction is not great and it gets clogged very easy. I do have animals so I wasn't expecting it to work perfectly but I didn't believe it was going to start messing up only after a month. I have other bissel products and love them. I'm very disappointed that bissel can't do anything for me after I sent so much money.

Misleading positive reviews

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this looking for a lighter, cordless vacuum and because of all the positive reviews this vacuum has received. I have not had the same experience. I have laminate wood floors and the suction on this vacuum is horrible. The vacuum only pushes stuff around instead of picking it up. My BISSELL corded vacuum has way better suction and was probably about half of the price of this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for Quick Clean Ups

Perfect for my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a broom and would have to bend over sometimes with dustpan. This is lighter to use, not so bulky like regular vacuum. Easy to maneuver floor head under and around furniture. It picked up more animal hair than I thought it would in just 5 minutes time used. Very pleased with style and the turquoise color.
