[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Five weeks after I purchased it, cannot get it to work, no matter what I do. Says it is charged until I turn it on!! I normally love Bissell products but this one is a burn-out. I can't really afford to get another one, unfortunately because it worked so perfectly for what I wanted it for, I threw the receipt away. Shame on you Bissell
