Great vacuum for everyday and light cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Ready Clean Cordless vacuum! It is so lightweight that sometimes I need to reign in how hard I am pushing. It is also easy to maneuver and with just a quick click it will lay flat to get under tables, chairs, etc. I have five longhaired dogs in my house and keeping the never ending dust bunnies of dog hair from my floor is a pain. This lightweight, cordless vacuum has been a game changer. It is easy to pick up and run over the floors quickly every day to keep the dog hair to a minimum as opposed to my weekly cleanings with a bigger, bulkier corded vacuum. Although, I still find it necessary to use the bigger corded vacuum once every other week. The Ready Clean Cordless vacuum does a good job of picking up quick, easy messes but for a deeper clean a higher suction is required. The battery does a great job if I recharge after every use. I haven't needed to stop a cleaning to recharge yet. It is also very easy and convenient to have the handheld vacuum so easily accessible for the furniture. The brush roll switch is quick and easy to access while cleaning. This little vacuum may be small but it picks up a lot. Every time I use it I dump a full canister. I also love how the Ready Clean Cordless vacuum folds down for easy storage. All in all it is a powerful, little vacuum with everything needed to keep a small place clean easily and I would highly recommend for those who like to keep a clean house daily.

Great Little Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received this Bissell ReadyClean cordless vacuum I was stoked! I already have a full size vacuum, but I needed something smaller for quick cleanups. The fact that this stick vacuum has the added bonus of a detachable hand vac makes it nearly perfect for my needs.
Out of the box, the ReadyClean was super easy to set up and charge. For being cordless, it offers a powerful suction and I like that you can turn the brush roll on and off, depending on the surface you are vacuuming. I also LOVE that it flattens out enough to reach under my sofa, beds, and dressers. I have used the ReadyClean on hardwood floors, tile, and flat weave area rugs. Where I ran into trouble was my smaller flat weave rug by the front door. The suction is too powerful to successfully use there. Can’t complain about too much suction though, can we?!
The ReadyClean sucked up MOST, but not all, debris around the house. I found that there is not enough clearance to pick up bigger pieces of crumbs left behind by my children. For that, I simply detach the hand vacuum and it works like a charm.
Speaking of the hand vacuum, I experienced a dumping of debris when I disconnected an attachment from the hand vac. (So then I just vacuumed it up again.) I also found that I needed to hold it at a specific angle for it to pick up the mess. The hand vac seems to work much better for me when I use an attachment. I do wish there was a place on the stick vacuum itself to store the attachments so they would always be at the ready.
Overall, I really like the Bissell ReadyClean. Aside from a few small changes I would make, it really works well for my family (and my kids can use it too)!

Powerful for a light vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect vacuum for our 2nd floor. It's incredibly light and easy to grab for quick cleaning (hair, dust bunnies, small crumbs, etc). I love how simple it is to swap it from an upright to a handheld vac. I was most impressed with the suction of it for such a small machine. It got hair that was imbedded in a rug that other vacuums could not. I think the spinning grabber in it was the key to sweeping them up. This works much better on smooth surfaces, as it struggled over on of my more textured rugs. I think my only real issue is it doesnt turn and swivel as easily as I would like, making it not as seamless when you are vacuuming tight corners and around furniture.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Best 2 In 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who loves to have multiple uses out of one item, this ReadyClean Cordless was perfect for me. My home has stairs which is not easy to vacuum with the traditional ones. I hated having to buy two different vacuums for one purpose, but with this one I can tackle both my stairs and floors with one machine.
And it's LIGHT. Super light! This is perfect for anyone with a small apartment or for having on a specific area of your home that only needs light cleaning. I love that it's light so that I can take it to different floors without tiring myself out too easily. Cleaning is already a hard job, so there's no need to make it any harder with a heavy vacuum.
Did I mention that the color combo is also really cool? Something about the light blue looks like "minty fresh" to me. Haha!
I definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone looking for a great combination of both the hand held and regular set up!

Light and practical for all the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am delighted with my new ReadyClean Cordless, it is super light and very practical for everyday life, after lunch with the children, dirt always falls under the table and with it was very practical to keep the house cleaner. It has a great suction, and very practical to clean under the bed. It gets smaller and more compact, great for cleaning smaller places, and it has been very practical to keep the car clean, it was with sand in places difficult to access and with it was very fast and easy great suction !! I'm very happy with it, it has made cleaning lighter and more efficient.

Mighty little cordless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially worried that this was not going to be that powerful as it is a hand held vacuum hooked to the stand up portion. Boy was I wrong! This little thing has power! It is great getting under the couches. Super lightweight. So light and easy my 6 year old can use it! Easy rolling. I love having a cordless now, so easy to just pick up small messes and dog hair which I hated lugging out the old corded vacuum to do. Overall highly recommend. Took one star off because I wish there was a place you could attach the attachment pieces. Feel like I’m definitely not going to remember where I put these when I need them!

Favorite Quick Floor Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit, I was hesitant to feel excited when I saw how light and small the box was upon delivery of this vacuum. We were so pleasantly surprised after unboxing.
Putting the vacuum together was simple and quick. Removal of the handheld requires no thought, and the attachments are useful for furniture and tight spaces.
Our 7 year old quickly claimed the vacuum as her own and has become the queen of household vacuum tasks. Very helpful. She immediately learned on her own how to switch out attachments and use the handheld to clean up messes. It's so simple and light, our 7 year old can use it without help.
Sweeping the kitchen and vacuuming the living room are both a task we struggle to keep up on, but it is more important now than ever with a crawling baby in our house. This lightweight, cordless stick vacuum makes it so easy to vacuum up choking hazards every day quickly and efficiently without the overwhelm of taking out the broom and the heavy corded vacuum we have.
The only concern I've had so far is that the battery doesn't seem to last as long as I'd like. It's definitely more of a quick-clean-up tool for a room or 2, not a vacuum for thorough cleanup of the whole house at once. However, that doesn't prove to be too much of an issue as a mother with children doesn't often have time to vacuum more than a room or 2 at once.
Note: I thought it wouldn't pick up much more than our regular vacuum, but I was impressed to see that there was a massive amount of fuzz after our first time using this vacuum on our living room carpet. Our poor allergies! Hopefully this will help keep our sinuses a little less stuffy.

Lightweight Manueverable Handy Lil Vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very convenient lightweight handy little vacuum that has its place around the house, kitchen, garage, barn, what have you.
It is easy to operate, easy to transport around, as it is VERY lightweight, and easy to empty and charge.
For smaller messes, thinner carpet or short pile, tile or hardwood, and rugs, this is a great little vacuum.
The collapsable handle is easy to adjust and simple to flip out of the way making it easier to get into tight areas, or storing under cabinets or shelves.
Emptying the debris bin was easy, as was cleaning the filters.
The handheld smaller vac option, which allows the use of the smaller 2 included tools, was seamless and I had no issues detaching or reattaching.
Charging is accomplished via an included plug in 2 prong adapter, and charging status notated by a flashing red or solid green light on the face of the handheld portion of the stick vacuum.

When considering suction strength as a comparison to a larger cordless vacuum, stick or not, or corded vacuum, there is really no competition. Hence the 4 star rating, the suction is lacking for larger messes which require more frequent debris bin emptying.
I found when the channel from the motorhead to the bin became clogged, which is only noticeable when emptying the bin, there was a severe lack in suction power. Also what prompted me to continually have to empty the bin, finding the debris in the chute.
