Lightweight Powerful Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m impressed by this Bissel cordless vacuum. I have tile floors throughout my whole house and it easily picked up everything. We have a shepherd dog that sheds a lot and it didn’t hesitate with all the dog hair. My house is around 1600 sq ft and the battery lasts for me to clean my whole house on a single charge. I love not having to deal with a cord while moving from room to room.
It's very lightweight, easy to maneuver, and I can get under furniture and tight spaces that my other two vacuums can’t reach. I have a corded vacuum and a robot vacuum, but have been using this cordless vacuum more than the other two. The attachments it comes with are also pretty handy when using the detachable handheld vacuum, which is one of my favorite features.
If you have young kids, it’s the perfect vacuum to let them help! I have an 8 year old and 4 year old and they can easily move the vacuum and they love the small detachable handheld vacuum.
Emptying the dust bin is the only thing I don’t love about this vacuum. Not sure if it’s because of all the dog hair, but it gets stuck and I have to reach in and remove most of the dirt/hair. That’s not too big of a problem, as I have to do that for my corded vacuum. Dust is also trapped near the spin brush and I can’t seem to figure out how to clean that part.
Overall, this vacuum has made cleaning so much faster and convenient.
I definitely recommend this cordless vacuum.

Lightweight Portable Stick Vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent lightweight portable stick vac! I’ll start with the things I LOVE! First it is FREESTANDING. I REPEAT. IT IS FREESTANDING. 12/10. There’s nothing I love more than a vacuum I can park in the middle of the room and walk away. It is quite stable and sturdy for being so lightweight. The suction is outstanding. It is fantastic on my LVP flooring, traditional rugs and my boneless couch. I was very impressed with how well it snatched up the dog fur off the couch and how easy it was to maneuver since it’s so lightweight. The downside is that it doesn’t do well on washable rugs at all.
Turning it on is super simple. It’s just a push button and I love that I don’t have to hold it. There’s also a folding option with a pull trigger. The trigger is hard enough to pull that you won’t accidentally fold it while vacuuming, but not too hard to pull with a single finger. It pops right out into a hand vac as well which is brilliant. It came with a lint and crevice attachment which is a plus for me.
There aren’t many cons for me, but there are a few. First is as above, it doesn’t do well washable rugs and the second is that it doesn’t have a lock when using it in the folded position. These are minor for me, but the last one is that I really do not like the charging port. It’s an infinity port and is impossible to plug in one handed while not looking. I don’t enjoy picking up the whole vacuum to maneuver the infinity plug into the port.
Overall, I really like this little stick vac. I reach for it quite often and it’s perfect for quick cleanups and it’s super portable. It’s cute and colorful and easy to store between cleanups.

Great for everyday use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I opened the box for my new Bissell ReadyClean® Cordless 10.8V I was concerned that this vacuum I had received for review was not going to work for me. It’s smaller than I expected, certainly smaller than the cordless upright vacuum I’m used to using. I was worried that this would mean it couldn’t clean as well, but I was wrong! This is perfect for vacuuming up all the everyday messes in my house: granola bits on the kitchen floor, crumbs under the dining room table, dust and dirt in the hallways. I like that it’s so light and easy to just grab whenever I need a quick clean, it barely weighs more than a broom. I also love that it stands up on its own without needing to fold it up, which is something the last few cordless vacuums I’ve had never did and makes this so much more convenient to grab and use quickly. The vacuum part disconnects to become a hand vacuum, which is way easier to use to clean my stairs or inside the couch or at the back of a closet, etc. than my other vacuum. I only have a few area rugs in my house, and wasn’t too optimistic about the power of this on those rugs (especially not my daughter’s shag rug), but this exceeded my expectations! For everyday cleaning this seemed to do the job, picking up hair, lint, etc just fine. I’m not confident it would completely replace a full powered vacuum on carpet, especially in a house with pets (I have none), but for cleaning here and there it’s great and much less stress on my back and shoulders. There’s also a cool feature I didn’t expect: a trigger on the handle unlocks a joint in the upright part of the vacuum so it can bend under furniture easier and I don’t have to bend over as much. Just a little bonus that makes this even more ergonomic to use! Overall, my expectations were exceeded.

Great cordless vac option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the slim design of this vac, and how lightweight it is. It takes up minimal space when charging. The suction strength is powerful enough for everyday messes. It’s also great to pick up pet hair if you have animals who easily shed! I love the low profile where it can get under items with a low floor to bottom height clearance, and also the ability to easily take apart the handheld portion to clean on top of furniture. It was very easy to use around the house. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is the holding capacity is small so I have to empty out midway thru cleaning, and the battery charge only lasts thru one round of vacuuming (if doing the entire hardwood floors of my house). However, those are only small grievances for an otherwise great cordless vac product!

Game Changer for Busy Homes with Kids and Pets

To give you an idea of what it’s up against, we have two boys under 8, two dogs (including a 2-year-old Golden Retriever), and two cats. I use it every morning, and it’s become my go-to vacuum for keeping up with everyday messes.
One of my favorite things about this vacuum is how lightweight it is. It’s easy to carry, lift, and maneuver around furniture, and it’s light enough that my 5-year-old can even help vacuum. The suction is strong enough for our daily needs. It easily picks up pet hair, cat litter, dirt, and everyday debris from our hardwood floors and carpets. It doesn’t perform as well on our thin area rugs, but for a quick refresh of all our floor surfaces, it does a fantastic job. Since having it, I have only taken our big vacuum out once in the last 3 weeks.
Because of the light weight and suctions, It’s incredibly easy to use around the house. It glides well across different flooring types, gets around furniture without any hassle, and makes daily cleaning quick and convenient. My favorite feature is how convenient it is. Because it’s cordless and lightweight, I can grab it for a quick clean instead of dragging out our larger vacuum. It has made staying on top of pet hair and kid messes so much easier. The battery life has also been impressive for our daily use. I only need to charge it every other day, sometimes every two days.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight cordless vacuum that’s perfect for everyday cleaning and keeping up with a busy household.

Fantastic lightweight vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love a great vacuum. I need a great vacuum in my home with 2 young (messy) children, and 2 cats that shed (a lot)! I put this vacuum to the test immediately upon delivery, and haven’t looked back since-I haven’t even touched our old vacuum. Don’t let its small size, and lightweight design fool you, it packs a punch and has great suction that you can really feel when in use. Our home is around 1,000 square feet, and I can do a quick vacuum of every room on one charge, but for a more deep clean, I sometimes do have to recharge. My favorite thing about this vacuum, is the flexible head. It is so easy to vacuum under furniture and beds, and it swivels around so seamlessly, it makes going around furniture very easy! Absolutely love my new vacuum and look forward to seeing how it holds up with future use!

Love love love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is a dream. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver from room to room. It is not bulky so it is easy to charge and store. It reaches in hard to reach places due to its small size and ability to bend. I also LOVE that I can just press a button and have a small handheld vacuum making it even easier to vacuum up messes in any place! It has great suction strength and even works on hardwood floors. I’ve had no problems with getting any messes up so far (even popcorn!!). This is my new go-to for a quick clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell ReadyClean® Cordless 10.8V Vacuum is the one you want to get if you’re looking to teach your little ones some responsibility with household chores! My 5 year old was able to unbox the vacuum and assemble it himself in under 2 minutes. It was that easy. Not to mention, it’s SUPER light. We have a multi-generational family property, and my son (5) is able to carry the vacuum between our house and the grandparents’ house easily.
We love that this vacuum is cordless and lightweight. It has become our new daily go-to for quick mess cleanups because it’s fast and efficient. The suction does a great job on our hard floors. We don’t have carpet, only a few rugs, and the brush roll has done a great job on those as well!
I also love how quiet this vacuum is! My son has become a little obsessed with wanting to vacuum throughout the day, so the fact that it’s less noisy than our other vacuums is very much appreciated.
Another small detail I appreciate is that the handle folds down. Our home is on the smaller side (about 1,400 square feet), and being able to tuck it away in the pantry has been incredibly handy! The vacuum is also very slim and is able to reach farther under furniture than any of my other vacuums. Not having to move every chair has been really nice!
I really like that the vacuum has the option to convert into a handheld vacuum. I will say, though, this is one of the few things I was less impressed with. The angle of the opening on the handheld makes it a little difficult to get good suction in small areas, like along thin baseboards. It works much better on flatter surfaces. I recommend making sure it’s completely empty when using it as a handheld vacuum. We tried using it once when the dustbin was fairly full, and some dirt came back out through the opening while we were cleaning.
As far as the battery life goes, it gets the job done for our smaller home. It definitely seems to last about 30–40 minutes before needing to be charged again. I can see that being an issue in a much larger home, but for us, it’s just fine!
Overall, we love the ReadyClean Cordless 10.8V and have made it our daily cleaner! We would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight, convenient, and efficient vacuum for everyday use without the hassle of cords!
