I love this steam mop. It really does clean. If you want extra steam all you have to do is pump the handle in and out and voila. It's super light weight and easy to use. It also gets in tough to reach places.

Waste of money

Bought this to try to clean the nasty vinyl flooring in my kitchen and entryway. Was hoping to lift the dirt embedded on the irregular surface of the flooring. Waste of money. Had to go over the same area numerous times to even get superficial dirt up. Would’ve been better off using my regular mop and some Mr Clean. Don’t buy this product

I purchased this yesterday and already returned it to the store. It barely puts out any steam. Spend the extra $30 or so and get the better steam mop.

This is the Best mop I have ever used. So easy to use. So easy to clean. It even cleans the grout on a tile floor. Made our floor look brand new. The triangle attachment works great for the bathrooms. Highly recommend this mop. We also have a shark vacuum and live it too.

My 1st steam mop.

For my 1st steam mop I was more than pleasantly surprised. The water tank capacity is perfect for my home. Unit steams quickly and distributes the hot steam evenly over the floors with no puddles and without leaving streaks. 1. thing I must stress. As the instructions say only use WATER! (don't even use vinegar) Do as the directions advise. i am a clean freak and always have to push the envelope when keeping a clean house. I was left with a mess of cloudy streaks that took me forever to get rid of. I learned my lesson and now only use the steam of water.. The unit stores nice as well. The only negative would be is that it looks cheaply made. Mostly plastic and aluminum. So with that being said I would not let a weight lifter use this delicate model.

I bought this mop and got it home to find the mops cleaning pad was missing from the packaging.
Of course the customer service department is closed. So frustrating.

stopped working after 3 uses

Worked well initially but broke after 3 uses. No longer makes steam. Online support was useless, gentleman did not speak English well and could not trouble shoot.

I have tile & laminate floors & this steam mopped made my floors look like new. I have 5 dogs running through my house & even though I vacuum everyday with my Shark vacuum, the dogs leave stains on my floor. This steam mop along with a little grout scrubber cleaned my tile and grout better than i could of imagined. I love that i can sterilize the bathroom & kitchen flooss. Even more awesome, is you use only water, no cleaners to buy. Great deal....buy one already!
