Great mop for quick cleanups

This is my second steam mop since my first one was stolen by movers. This us a great little moo for quick, easy cleanups. However it was supposed to come with two pads and there was only one in the box. I’ve tried to contact the company but was unsuccessful. I wish it would come with three mop heads. They are very nice and you just throw them in the washer and they come out super clean! I would recommend this mop for small areas unless you have at least three mop heads. I do really like this product though.

I bought your steam mop and am liking it for my floors The only downfall is the cord. It is way too short..Could you possibly make it longer... I have one of your sweepers and the cord is very long..Just wish the steam mop could have it too.

A very keep piece of plastic!!! The quality has gone way down hill, the tank is tiny and it was a huge waste of money.

I have owned other more expensive steam mops in the past and by far this little mop is the best I have found. For this little mop to be so cheap it works better than the more expensive steam mops. I love it so much I even bought one as a gift last year for Christmas.

I had an old model that I liked. It heated up quickly, compared to this new one. It's fine once it starts steaming. Otherwise, even using warm water in the canister, it's too slow.
