So easy to use

This steam mop is so easy to use! I’ve had other steam mops in the past but ended up switching back to a traditional mop bucket because it felt like more work yet less effective. This mop came for free with my Shark PowerDetect with True Pet vacuum (which I’m also in love with), so I figured I’d keep it around to use just in case. Turns out it’s my new favorite mop, and I’ll probably be getting rid of the bucket soon!

I love this mop. It does a great job of getting stuck on food off the floor. Lightweight and easy to store.
I have bought 5 of these for our house and our kid's as well.

So Disappointed!

Having owned various other models of Shark steam mops, I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with this one. This particular steam mop, by far, was the worst steam mop I’ve ever owned. Having to pump down for steam was more physical effort with little to no steam as a result. The reservoir was very small considering how many times you had to make the mop steam. The cord seemed shorter than most which added more aggravation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exceeded my Expectations!

I bought this back in August (currently December), and I wanted to wait until I used it a bit before reviewing. It is fantastic! You can pump until you get the amount of steam you need (really not hard to do...), and I promise you; there was some old black gunk that my fiance's parents left (before they moved out and let us rent the place). I do not know what it was, but I have mopped, re-mopped, used pine-sol, used SOS pads, scrubbed with as much elbow grease as I could do...nothing would get it up - except this mop. It got the floors cleaner than anyone, before me, had ever tried before. Then, to my parents' house and this was the big test. Their tile floor looked new again! They have 8 German Shepherds, and two are always inside. Recently, one inside has gotten old and makes a 'mess' on accident, and this got rid of the stains. Even their yellow floor that had turned brown was brought back to yellow again. I should have taken before and after pictures at their house, but it was amazing!

I LOVE the steam mop! It does a great job cleaning my wood floors! I was debating between this and a swifter and I’m so glad I chose this mop! It is so easy to use and leave my floors looking bright and refreshed! It really feels like it’s not only making it clean but also disinfected! The floors are even warm after from the heat of the mop. I love how it stands up on its own, makes it so easy for storage! My only complaint about this mop is that the cord is short. It would be amazing if they added like 5-10 feet of cord.

Poor steam

This is the second shark mop I have owned. This one does not work at all! My previous mop would leave me in a veritable cloud of steam. This mop does not steam at all and always has a wet and dirty mop odor even though my pad is clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the steam mop last month because I am no longer able to get down and scrub my floors like I used to. Had heart surgery and was frustrated about my floors. I saw this mop so reasonably priced in your online advertisement. Took a chance on it and it solved all my problems. Don't have to exert myself or get down to scrub corners. It is so easy to work with and fill. I felt like I worked miracles getting my floors clean. Works just as the description says.. It is the model in the picture on the side of this sheet. I showed my friend and I think she is about to order one too.

The older model was 500% better

I've been using for a few months. I noticed immediately it was not as powerful as the older model which lasted me 4 years. Most concerning is that it leaves the floor wet for over 30 minutes. The great thing about the prior steam mop was that it dried immediately after you steam mopped. Do not like this product at all. Go back to your prior technology PLEASE!
