Standard steam mop. Prefer older version

This was a free product with my black Friday purchase. I have an old Shark Steam Mop which I have been using, so when this was a free option I was excited for an upgrade. This is a standard steam mop, nothing special to be honest. The cord is still too short for my liking. My old steam mop came with a plastic tray to place the head of the steam mop on when warming up or cooling down so it doesn’t rest on your floor and potentially ruin your floors. This new steam mop didn’t come with one, so I am forced to use my old plastic tray. The pumping of the handle is different as the older version didn’t have this, I honestly don’t care for that part. My old Shark has buttons to press when you want different steam settings which I prefer. I wish those settings would be on this newer, upgraded steam mop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Less than 6 months and it’s broken , tried to clean nozel and still won’t work. Waste of money!

While I do like this mop and it does steam the house, I would rather a constant steam and not one that I have to repeatedly encourage by pushing down on the handle.

Have only used it twice. The head (steam end) is too wobbly. Moves around too much as I was pushing it and too long of an arm to get the steam to flow. I liked the original one I had, it was a shark too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My old Shark steam mop quit after almost 10 years. I absolutely love my new one. Works as good as my old but I have found that I refill the reservoir less often. So happy with my purchase.
