This steam mop cleans my floors beautifully without any chemicals. Works better at cleaning than my regular mop with soft and water.

Have only used it twice. The head (steam end) is too wobbly. Moves around too much as I was pushing it and too long of an arm to get the steam to flow. I liked the original one I had, it was a shark too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Standard steam mop. Prefer older version

This was a free product with my black Friday purchase. I have an old Shark Steam Mop which I have been using, so when this was a free option I was excited for an upgrade. This is a standard steam mop, nothing special to be honest. The cord is still too short for my liking. My old steam mop came with a plastic tray to place the head of the steam mop on when warming up or cooling down so it doesn’t rest on your floor and potentially ruin your floors. This new steam mop didn’t come with one, so I am forced to use my old plastic tray. The pumping of the handle is different as the older version didn’t have this, I honestly don’t care for that part. My old Shark has buttons to press when you want different steam settings which I prefer. I wish those settings would be on this newer, upgraded steam mop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it’s even better than I thought it was going to be. I absolutely love how clean my floors feel under my feet after sanitizing and steaming!!! Well worth it!! I recommend to everyone!

I think this is the worst steam mop I have ever owned. I had high hopes for it as I am a shark fan in general. I don’t know what I should’ve expected at this price point, however, I felt like it should be better than it is. It takes me DOUBLE the time to mop because the steam is not consistent. I have 2 young children so this is absolutely frustrating. I had thrown away my O’cedar before I bought this one because I had high hopes for it. Wouldn’t purchase again, nor recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
