Awesome buy!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it’s even better than I thought it was going to be. I absolutely love how clean my floors feel under my feet after sanitizing and steaming!!! Well worth it!! I recommend to everyone!

Got this as a bundle when I bought my carpet cleaner. Was excited to get another steam mop but disappointed by it when it arrived. The pump handle is probably the most worthless feature in my opinion. Why can't you just allow it to make constant steam, it becomes troublesome. Not all "features" improve a product.

Amazing Product

A few months ago, I hired a company to clean my carpet. It never appeared they were even here. I was watching a promo on TV for the Shark Deep Carpet Cleaner. I decided to make the purchase. All I can say is WOW. It did an amazing job on my carpet. I am so frustrated that I spent money on what was supposed to be a highly rated carpet cleaner company. I HIGHLY recommend the Shark Deep Carpet Cleaner. This product is very user friendly and very easy to use.

Disappointing Performance

I purchased this a few weeks ago and have used it once. I was not as impressed as I hoped I would be. It took several minutes for the mop to generate any steam at all. yet the instructions said it should begin steaming after 30 seconds Then it would steam for a few passes but stop. And yes, I did keep pushing the handle in to generate more steam. I had to keep waiting after every few passes for more steam to build up before I could clean the rest of the floor. I've had other steam mops that put out constant steam and I expected this one to do the same. I have other Shark products that work great but not this mop. I would not recommend it.

Great basic steam mop

This Shark Steam mop is a basic steam mop. It's easy to use. Pull of the reservoir and fill with clean water, plug in, pump the handle a few times and it's ready to go. Every time you push the mop forward it will release steam and when pulled back it won't. It really does a good job for a basic steam mop leaving my tile and hardwood floors streak free. I like the wider pad surface coverage. If a spot or stain does not come up with the first pass I just hold the mop on it for a second or two and it lifts it right up. I use this almost every day. I have 2 dogs and my hard wood floors get muddy every time they go outside.
The one complaint I have is the same as with my other Shark Steam mop, the cord is too short. I have to unplug and more to different outlets in my house to get the job done.
